Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Free Return Shipping

Sireal provides free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• Worn or washed items
• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items, if applicable

We currently do not sell final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–8 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Shipping fees originally paid, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
